Job Description

Molecular Biology & Diagnostic Research:

• Conduct aptamer studies and support aptamer development activities.
• Perform antigen–antibody interaction studies.
• Carry out DNA/RNA extraction, purification, and analysis.
• Handle clinical, serum, and plasma samples following laboratory protocols.
• Perform PCR, RT-PCR, and qPCR experiments.
• Develop, optimize, and validate ELISA assays.
• Handle Luminex systems and multiplex assay procedures.
• Operate microplate readers and spectrophotometers.
• Perform gel electrophoresis and nucleic acid analysis.
• Operate centrifuges, biosafety cabinets, and other laboratory instruments.
• Design experiments and optimize diagnostic assays.
• Troubleshoot experimental and assay-related issues.
• Analyze experimental data and interpret research results.
• Prepare technical reports, research reports, and scientific papers.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and project documentation.
• Lead research projects and coordinate project activities.
• Mentor and guide junior researchers.
• Ensure laboratory procedures follow quality, safety, and research standards.
