The Sales Executive is a pivotal role within any sales team, tasked with driving the growth and expansion of an organization’s customer base and revenue streams. Responsibilities

  • Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads and enhance product knowledge.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain customer data.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
