Front Desk Executive / Patient Care Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Receive patients and generate requisition slips based on doctors’ prescriptions or test requisition forms.
Collect accurate cash or credit payments from patients and customers.
Check patient readiness for the requested diagnostic tests.
Guide patients regarding the required tests and direct them to the appropriate rooms or floors.
Attend incoming phone calls and respond to patient and customer queries professionally.
Follow up on the status of diagnostic reports.
Dispatch reports after verifying the identity of the correct recipient.
Maintain the cash handover register accurately.
Maintain cash and card transaction records.
Submit daily cash and transaction reports to the Branch Manager.
Coordinate with laboratory and branch teams to ensure smooth patient service.
Maintain proper records and follow company procedures for patient handling and report dispatch.
