JD: Quality- Team Leader
- The candidate should have led a team of Quality Advisors/Analysts/Professional in his/her current/previous organizations.
- The candidate need to have immense experience of Quality Management Process in the BPO world.
- The candidate should be a graduate.
- The candidate will be required to lead a team of Quality Analysts
- The candidate should be excellent in his communication skills. This is required for client calls.
- The candidate needs to be MS Office proficient. MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- The candidate should be flexible with shifts
- The candidate should be possess the following skills
- People Management skills
- Client Management skills
- Process Management skills
- Coaching and Training skills
- Feedback and Performance Management skills
