Program Manager

Were looking for a Program Manager to lead a greenfield workflow automation project for a top-tier technology company. This initiative aims to streamline their end-to-end Concept to Market business process using the ServiceNow Yokohama release. Youll be responsible for the overall success of the program, from initial discovery through to deployment and adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full program lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  
• Oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  
• Lead stakeholder communication, managing expectations and providing regular progress updates.
  
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  
• Drive strategic decisions and ensure the solution meets the clients business objectives.
  
• Manage program budget, resources, and scope effectively.
  
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager for large-scale enterprise software implementation projects.
  
• Experience with ServiceNow projects is a significant plus.
  
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Experience working with senior-level stakeholders.
  
• Ability to manage complex programs with multiple dependencies.
  
• Minimum experience of 8 years and at least 2 years of relevant experience
