Role Overview

Monetization Assistant

As a Monetization Assistant at Together Labs, you’ll play a key role in supporting the execution of daily strategic promotional campaigns for our flagship product, IMVU. This role involves setting up and launching promotions, generating and editing promotional copy, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maximize campaign impact. Youll manage in-game communication calendars, respond to customer support inquiries related to promotions, and ensure smooth execution by performing data entry and QA in various content management systems. Ideal candidates are highly organized and detail-oriented, excellent at communication, and have a foundational understanding and interest in digital products or mobile gaming.

Responsibilities

Promotions & Campaign Management

• Create and launch promotions for daily global sales and strategic localized campaigns for desktop, mobile and/or subscription digital products
• Assist in generating copy and editing promotional messages
• Partner with cross-functional teams to secure maximum impact for promotions
• Manage calendar for in-game user communications about promotions and special events
• Respond to customer support inquiries about promo details and troubleshoot any issues or errors to ensure a smooth user experience
  
  

Data Entry & QA

• Set up monetization promotions and communications in multiple internal content management systems
• Review and ensure the accuracy of data entry through comprehensive QA and testing
• Support with ad hoc requests for messaging set up from external teams
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing projects and driving stakeholders toward results
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally (written and oral)
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Be self-motivated and work independently in a team-oriented environment
• Working knowledge of Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace, especially Sheets
• Basic experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and HTML
• Understanding of essential business and marketing concepts
• Working in PST time zone
