Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and mobility limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnoses and therapy goals.

• Educate patients on exercises and lifestyle adjustments to enhance their health.
• Monitor and record patient progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
• Consult with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.

• Provide motivation and support to help patients cope with their conditions.
• Stay informed about the latest developments and techniques in physiotherapy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum of two years' experience working in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and manual therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients.
• Ability to motivate patients and encourage progress in rehabilitation programs.
• Proficiency with maintaining patient records and using healthcare software systems.
