A Patient Relation Executive plays a vital role in healthcare facilities by serving as a liaison between patients and medical professionals. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for patients’ inquiries and feedback.
  • Facilitate effective communication between patients and healthcare staff.
  • Coordinate with various departments to resolve patient issues and concerns.
  • Assist patients in understanding hospital procedures and policies thoroughly.
  • Provide information and guidance regarding medical services offered.
  • Track patient feedback and report findings to hospital administration.
  • Conduct patient surveys to assess and improve hospital service quality.
  • Ensure all patient interactions are conducted with empathy and courtesy.
  • Manage patient records and confidentiality according to healthcare regulations.
  • Handle patient complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Organize and conduct patient orientation and information sessions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or patient care.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Proficient in using healthcare management software and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of healthcare policies and patient rights is essential.
