We are looking for an intelligent and resourceful candidate to join our Core Human Capital (CHC) Department and oversee the HC Infrastructure portfolio, in Hyderabad at a Manager level. The team is tasked with developing and implementing redesigned systems infrastructure in collaboration with developers and human capital Centers of Excellence (CoE) teams.

WHAT YOULL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

As HC Infra lead you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, document the requirements, and create detailed functional specifications. You will assess the existing infrastructure and identify any gaps between the current state and desired future state and recommend potential solutions to bridge these gaps. You will help with creation of test cases and scenarios and will oversee the UAT process to ensure that the system meets user requirements and is free from defects. Overall, you will be responsible for ensuring that the system effectively supports the organizations human capital management processes and aligns with its strategic goals

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7 – 10 years of relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of Human Capital Systems and Processes
  • An aptitude for translating the needs of non-technical people into technical requirements, and an ability to see how small details interrelate and impact the bigger picture
  • Excellent analytical skills to analyze complex business problems and identify potential solutions. They should be able to break down problems into smaller components and apply critical thinking to develop effective solutions
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, track progress, and proactively identify and manage risks and issues
  • Ability to build relationships, influence others, and facilitate effective teamwork
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across geographies, parallel projects, and milestones

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A technical background
  • Prior exposure to people management
