• We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic *Jr. HR Recruiter / HR Executive* to support recruitment and HR activities.
• The candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of recruitment, and the ability to source and coordinate with candidates effectively.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and sourcing.
• Ability to source candidates using job portals and LinkedIn.
• Good candidate screening and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
  
  

• Understand job requirements and prepare suitable candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and coordinate interviews.
• Schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate the offer and joining process for selected candidates.
• Assist with employee documentation and onboarding activities.
• Maintain HR records and employee information.
• Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
• Assist in employee engagement and other HR initiatives.
• Prepare basic recruitment and HR reports.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines.

• 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR.
• Any Graduate.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.
