The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter with a strong background in Manufacturing and IT recruitment and hands-on experience with Fieldglass. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process while serving as a key point of contact for clients and hiring managers.

This role requires someone who can confidently engage with hiring managers to understand requirements, develop effective recruiting strategies, source and screen qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, manage client and candidate communication, and drive the process through offer and placement.

This position is remote, so it offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based Manufacturing and IT positions, from requirement intake through placement.
• Partner directly with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, priorities, technical skills, and candidate expectations.
• Conduct detailed intake discussions and translate client requirements into effective sourcing and screening strategies.
• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidates against technical, functional, and role-specific requirements.
• Present qualified candidates to clients with clear candidate summaries and relevant screening information.
• Manage candidate submissions and recruitment activity through SAP Fieldglass, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including scheduling, preparation, follow-up, and feedback collection.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up with hiring managers on interview feedback and proactively move candidates through each stage of the process.
• Manage the process through selection, offer, onboarding, and placement, ensuring a smooth experience for both the client and candidate.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients, acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates in Fieldglass and other recruitment/ATS systems.
• Meet established recruitment KPIs related to submissions, interviews, placements, turnaround time, and client satisfaction.

Experience Required

• 3+ years of experience in US recruiting, with demonstrated experience recruiting for Manufacturing and/or IT roles.
• Proven experience managing the full end-to-end recruitment process from intake to placement/onboarding.
• Hands-on experience working with SAP Fieldglass, preferably in a contingent workforce or staffing environment.
• Experience working directly with US-based hiring managers and clients.
• Strong understanding of US recruiting practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate markets.
• Experience recruiting technical, IT, engineering, manufacturing, production, supply chain, quality, maintenance, or similar positions.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with confidence in client-facing conversations.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing recruitment activity and documentation in Fieldglass.

Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) - 9 AM to 6 PM EST
