Job Description

The Jewellery Sales Executive plays a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service within a luxury retail environment. They are responsible for interacting with customers to understand their individual needs, offering professional advice, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. The role encompasses maintaining an updated knowledge of current trends and products, managing store operations collaboratively with team members, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate would have a passion for jewellery, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proficiency in creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for customers. This position offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with customers and be a part of a dynamic and engaging work environment.


Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with selecting jewellery pieces that meet their preferences and budget.
  • Provide detailed product information to educate and inform potential buyers.
  • Maintain and organize the display of jewellery inventory to enhance sales appeal.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
  • Manage customer transactions including selling, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Stay informed of industry trends to provide knowledgeable service and advice.
  • Upsell additional products or accessories in alignment with customer needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support a cohesive store environment and teamwork.
  • Contribute to the organization and execution of promotional events and sales.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management when necessary.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods sales.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proficiency in building customer rapport.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and quality.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer expectations.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the store schedule.
