Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and well-groomed Guest Relation Executive with excellent communication skills to manage front-office operations and provide a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate will be , preferably from Kerala, and open to relocating to Hyderabad.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and appointments.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest services.
  • Maintain guest records and update databases accurately.
  • Assist with billing, payments, and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards for customer service.
  • Support in organizing guest engagement activities/events.


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and local languages preferred).
  • Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant personality.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Presentable and well-groomed.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or any discipline.
  • Prior experience in Guest Relations / Front Office / Customer Care preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills can also apply.


Other Requirements:

  • Location Preference: Candidates from Kerala.
  • Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
