FIT CLM - Manager - Hyderabad

These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. In contract lifecycle management technology (CLM) at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for implementing CLM technology solutions. You will have extensive experience in various CLM technologies.

Roles And Responsibilities -

• Be part of engagement delivery teams leading contract lifecycle management solution delivery, including performing the following activities:
• Gather requirements for contract types, workflows, templates and perform gap analysis to identify requirements not feasible using out of the box configuration
• Build customizations on top of SaaS platforms, especially CLM solutions such as Icertis, leveraging hooks, APIs, or other integration patterns
• Assess the requirement, provide recommendations on alternate solutions and build prototypes to demo in front of the customer
• Integrate CLM platform (ideally Icertis) with other systems such as SAP, SFDC, Workday etc.
• Debug any issues in configuration of SaaS product or integrations from a technical standpoint and guide the functional team on possible solutions
• Support the engagement delivery team in deployment activities like P2P, Elastic Search, Redis Cache
• Prepare Integration Requirements Documents , Solution Design Documents, and architecture documents at various levels (system, business, technical)
• Develop migration strategy, plan, and support data migration activities
• Work closely with client IT teams to identify risks and dependencies, provide solutions and workarounds to engagement delivery teams to mitigate the same
• Develop solution options and considerations and present to client stakeholders and steering committees with recommendations
• Support pursuit teams in reviewing RFP requirements and in building corresponding technical content to respond to pursuits
• Lead and develop technical components of an RFP response including solution development approach, team composition, pricing, and change management sections
• Keep up to date with market trends in contract lifecycle management processes and support the broader practice in building position papers and thought leadership articles
• Proven experience in setting up and working with Agile project / product tracking solutions such as JIRA or Azure DevOps (ADO) and in creating and updating epics / user stories, conducting functional demos, leading retrospective meetings, and in establishing release management plan / schedules
• Perform release management activities for multi-release implementations across multiple business units / geographies
• Work with client IT stakeholders in managing activities related to SaaS product deployment including working through various activities related to a CLM deployment such as:
• Email configuration
• Support model setup
• Infrastructure security / Network security
• Identity Provider setup (Single Sign On)
• E-signature provider setup
• Environment setup
• Installing M365 extensions / adapters for platforms such as SFDC, Workday, SAP
• Managing migration efforts and related security protocols
• Review and recommend AI scenarios with clients, determining where AI models can help with legacy data extraction, clause negotiation, and commitment extraction from contracts
• Build AI model sets and project plans around AI model building, leveraging Azure or CLM solutions to train the system, tune performance, and extract data
  

• University degree (Bachelor or higher), preferably with focus on Computer Science
• Must have 2+ years of experience in working with Contract Lifecycle Management solutions on buy-side / sell-side contracts such as Icertis, Apttus, Conga, etc
• Must have 6+ years of experience in being part of a technology implementation team and possessing strong familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes including requirements gathering, functional testing, and training
• Must have 4+ years of experience with implementing software solutions using common programming languages such as Strong core development skills in .NET, C#
• Experience in working in Azure, especially around Azure Storage Blob and Azure Service Bus services
• Preferred exposure to ElasticSearch, Redis Cache, Kibana
• Experience in building customizations / applications on top of SaaS products
• Experience in integrating SaaS solutions (ideally Icertis) with other systems such as Salesforce, SAP, etc.
• Exposure / Experience with ReactJS for creating client-side hooks on SaaS products
• Experience with building applications that authenticate to IdPs via OAuth / SAML protocols
• One or more technical certifications like ICI Technical Professional, ICI AIML Technical Professional etc.
• Strong proven written and verbal communication skills in English
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies including creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and scope estimation methods
• Technical Professional certification in CLM solutions such as Icertis
• Experience in using AI based contract extraction tools for extracting structured and semi-structured information (attributes, clauses, tables) from contracts
• Experience in building project plans to train AI systems for legacy data extraction or semantic data extract from contracts
• Certified in AI technologies in Azure or CLM solutions
