The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Leadership Coaching team you are expected to empower leaders to enhance their effectiveness and fulfill their potential. As a Senior Manager, you are expected to leverage your coaching knowledge to develop impactful learning solutions, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration that drives professional growth across the firm.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 7 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Professional Coach training certification from an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited program, ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level credential or above

What Sets You Apart

  • Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Organizational Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Business Administration/Management preferred
  • Well-being coach training certification preferred
  • Team coaching training certification preferred
  • Demonstrating advanced facilitation and design skills
  • Coaching and developing leaders at various levels
  • Building and leveraging key relationships across the firm
  • Utilizing design thinking and agile project management techniques
  • Analyzing data to drive decision making
  • Other counseling related fields of study may be considered along with executive coaching experience
