Engagement Delivery Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Delivery Lead with 9 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS IoT Full Stack and AWS IoT. Experience in the Industrial Manufacturing domain is a plus. This role involves overseeing project delivery ensuring client satisfaction and driving impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex projects involving AWS IoT Full Stack solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to execution and delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team ensuring best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders including clients team members and management.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize AWS IoT Full Stack expertise to develop and implement innovative solutions.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to build their skills and capabilities.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment to achieve project goals.
  
  

• Possess extensive experience in AWS IoT Full Stack and AWS IoT.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills with a focus on delivery excellence.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
• Show proficiency in risk management and problem-solving.
• Display a deep understanding of industrial manufacturing processes (nice to have).
