Your Impact

We are looking for an execution-focused Director of Product Management to lead our strategy and roadmap spanning multi-tenant cloud and off-cloud solutions. The ideal candidate has deep product knowledge in automation technologies including RPA, workflow orchestration, low-code and AI driven process.

What The Role Offers

• The Director of Product Management will be responsible for defining and evolving the product vision and roadmap for our process automation and low code solutions to align with business goals. This includes a mature on-premises as well as a SaaS based solution. You will identify opportunities to leverage machine learning and low code/no code capabilities to enhance automation outcomes.
• You will lead the strategy for a team of product managers spanning multiple solutions. You will drive a high-performing environment that thrives on innovation working closely with engineering, UX, Sales and Solutions Consultants to deliver a scalable, highly performant solution. You will engage with Sales and customers to understand pain points and develop solutions to address them through automation.
• You will understand industry trends and conduct regular competitive analysis to deliver best in class solutions.
• You will define and track KPIs such as customer adoption, win/loss analysis to inform priorities and product improvement.
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• 18+ years in software product management with at least three years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of automation technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to all levels of management.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business.
