Why does this role exist?
This role exists to support the client’s research and product testing workflows by building and maintaining advanced forms and surveys within Typeform and Alchemer. The objective is to ensure seamless data collection and integration that drives accurate and timely consumer insights. Hiring for this position addresses the need for technical expertise to customize complex survey logic, troubleshoot form-related issues, and enable rapid iteration on research projects.

The Impact you’ll make

Form & Survey Development

• Design, build, and maintain complex forms and surveys using Typeform and Alchemer
• Customize advanced logic, branching, and calculations to meet detailed research requirements
• Ensure forms are user-friendly and optimized for high completion rates

Integration & Automation

• Integrate forms with CRMs, email automation, analytics platforms, and other tools
• Utilize APIs and webhooks to automate data flows and enhance workflows

Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting

• Identify and resolve issues affecting form functionality, data accuracy, and integrations
• Monitor form performance and user feedback to ensure data integrity and compliance

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with customer success managers and research teams to understand requirements
• Deliver solutions within tight deadlines and provide clear status updates

Data Privacy & Compliance

• Ensure all forms and data collection processes adhere to company standards and privacy regulations
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

• Proven experience building and managing complex forms in both Typeform and Alchemer
• Strong understanding of form logic, conditional workflows, branching, and calculations
• Experience integrating survey platforms with CRMs and automation tools
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical form-related issues independently
• Availability to work 20 hours per week during US Eastern Time business hours
• WFH Set-Up:
  • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
  • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
  • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
  • Back-up computer and internet connection
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
