Chef cum Manager – Chinese & Fast Food

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese and fast food dishes.
• Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth food production.
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Develop and standardize recipes as per business requirements.
• Plan daily food preparation and ensure timely order completion.
• Manage kitchen inventory, ingredients, and stock requirements.
• Monitor food costs, wastage, and overall kitchen expenses.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff when required.
• Handle customer orders and ensure timely service.
• Identify opportunities to improve food quality, productivity, and profitability.
• Take responsibility for overall kitchen performance and operations.
• Work closely with the management team to achieve business targets.
• Profit-sharing incentives will be provided based on business performance.
  
  

• Experience: Any experience
• Education: 10th Pass or Below 10th
• Skills: Chinese Cuisine, Fast Food Cuisine
• English Level: No English Required
• Gender: Any Gender
• Preference: Candidates from North-East India preferred
• Strong cooking and kitchen management skills.
• Ability to take ownership of kitchen operations.
• Good understanding of food preparation and hygiene standards.
