Job Role: Dispatch Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day dispatch activities.
Prepare and verify dispatch documents and shipment details.
Check the quantity and condition of goods before dispatch.
Coordinate loading and unloading of materials.
Ensure goods are properly packed and ready for transportation.
Maintain accurate dispatch and shipment records.
Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, and operations teams.
Track outgoing shipments and ensure timely dispatch.
Report any shortage, damage, or discrepancy to the supervisor.
Follow company safety and operational procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispatch area.
