Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the design of business processes, focusing on their characteristics and key performance indicators to fulfill both process and functional requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring that the designs are well understood and aligned with the overall business objectives. You will also participate in quality management reviews, ensuring that all business and design requirements are met, while continuously educating stakeholders about the designs to foster a comprehensive understanding of the processes being implemented. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and design specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CPI for Data Services. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into process designs. - Experience in creating process blueprints and defining key performance indicators. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. - Familiarity with quality management practices to ensure compliance with business requirements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP CPI for Data Services. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
