Business Development Manager

For our Hyderabad office, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who will manage and be responsible for a team of Funding Consultants. The selected Business Development Manager will undertake managerial tasks and dedicated training which will shape their own development in this challenging opportunity, identifying their own approach and managerial skills.

• Hybrid Work Modality: Monday to Thursday at the Office and Friday Work from Home

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the performance and reaching KPIs assigned to the team
• Responsible for closing all contracts of the assigned team to onboard new clients
• Responsible for reporting performance and results of assigned team to the CSO
• Evaluating new FC candidates put forward by HR and participating in interviews to choose our next FC qualifiers
• Overseeing the full training months of assigned new FCs in your team
• Participating in monthly performance reviews
• Continuously identifying best learning practices and new trends and implementing them
• Responsible for the communication of new procedures in line with the company objectives

THE TYPICAL DAY

A Business Development Managers main responsibility is to monitor the teams performance. Each day starts with a daily Scrum meeting, where the Manager sets the days agenda and gathers the schedules from all team members. Throughout the day, the Manager remains accessible to assist the team with any operational questions. It is also the Managers duty to ensure that all team members adhere to sales procedures and guidelines. Additionally, the Manager handles all contract negotiations and oversees client onboarding for the team members they supervise.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors/ Master’s Degree is a must;
• Fluent English is a must;
• A minimum of 3 years experience, preferably managing a team
