Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in the staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships, and driving revenue growth by delivering staffing solutions to businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose appropriate staffing solutions (contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements).
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill client requirements efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Conduct client presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms of business.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and manage the full sales cycle.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  
  

• MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the staffing or recruitment sector. Experience managing international or global clients from other industries is also valued
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
