Cyber Security Analyst – Business Information Security

Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited (Deloitte Tax in India) started operations in June 2004. Since then, all Deloitte Tax LLP (Deloitte Tax) U.S. service lines and regions have received support services from Deloitte Tax in India.

We give support during tax transformation in the marketplace. We offer many integrated tax services. We combine technology and tax resources to find insights and smarter solutions. This helps navigate a complex global environment.

Work Youll Do

This is an experienced security compliance position in the Global Advantage Business Information Security Office (GA BISO). The position reports to GA BISO team consultants and leaders.

You will build a strong understanding of the GES suite of web-based technologies (Global Advantage). You will work on projects managed by the GA BISO team.

This is an opportunity to advance your security career in a challenging environment. The role covers global standards in data privacy, legislation, IT security, and software development.

• Work with GESTC professionals to ensure that they understand their compliance responsibilities
• Monitor compliance with a wide variety of existing security controls/processes including SOC 2
• Ensure issues are identified, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner
• Design and implementation of new security controls as warranted
• Respond to security-related inquiries to help win and keep clients
• Consistently meet internal and external client expectations and project deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Completed college coursework: BE/B Tech
• At least 1 year of work experience in a Cyber Security, Vendor Management, or Risk Management role
• High attention to detail and ability to learn new skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to multi-task on simultaneous projects in the rapidly evolving security landscape
• Able to work in a virtual environment (with core team located in India, UK and US)
• Able to proactively identify risks, root causes and gain proficiency in proposing solutions to remediate these risks
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of security compliance such as ISO 27001 and SOC-2
• Knowledge of Excel VB
• Knowledge of SQL
