AI SME Now Assist

We are seeking a ServiceNow Now Assist Consultant to implement AI-powered features that enhance our new workflow automation solution. You will be instrumental in leveraging Now Assist to improve user productivity and automate tasks within the clients Concept to Market business process.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Now Assist features, including AI search, generative AI, and virtual agents.
  
• Develop and train AI models to support business processes.
  
• Integrate Now Assist capabilities into the core workflows and user interfaces.
  
• Work with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize use cases for AI and automation.
  
• Monitor and optimize the performance of AI-powered solutions.
  
• Ensure the solution is secure and adheres to data privacy standards.
  
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist implementation preferred.
  
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in business workflows.
  
• Experience with natural language understanding (NLU) and virtual agent configuration.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and the Yokohama release.
  
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
