SAP Coordinator - SAP MM WM EDI SD

YOUR TASKS

• Monitoring the data exchange (EDI) between the warehouse management systems and SAP
• Idoc monitoring between multiple SAP systems, driving the corrective actions to avoid future failures;
• Offering training and support to SAP users in terms of EDI exchange, stock issues, purchase and customer orders, shipment and delivery monitors
• Monitoring and correcting advanced shipping notification (inbound and outbound), identify the root cause and provide solutions.
• Stock deviations management - analysing the unsuccessful booking processes because of user related issues, system errors or process weaknesses, as well as correcting these bookings in agreement with the involved departments in the process; Be part of the yearly inventory and ensure reliable results of the stock take; Monitor various inventory reports and provide solutions
• Interact with customers and vendors to maintain operating condition at optimum leveL
• Daily support of the operational departments by using different IDOC Monitors;
• React on the spot on error messages and inform involved departments accordingly
• SD and MM related master data
• Troubleshoots, identify root causes and analysing the incidents with the aim of providing solutions
• Monitor and correct freight bookings
  
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics processes (preferably in the automotive industry)
• SAP independent user level in minimum one SAP module of the Supply Chain
• Highly skilled in MS Office package, in prioritization and organizational aspects, goal oriented, ability to multitask
• Able to work in a structured and independent way, solid analytical thinking, and increased attention to detail
• Team player with a positive can-do attitude, customer and KPI oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving skills and root cause analysis capabilities
• Self-motivated to propose process and system improvements and able to detail requirements for implementation
• B Tech /Diploma
• English is a must, German would be a plus
