Primary Responsibilities
Support execution of audience specific growth and retention marketing campaigns, lifecycle programs, communication plans, and engagement initiatives across assigned audiences and business priorities
Assist with campaign planning, briefing, content coordination, routing, approvals, QA, launch readiness, and performance reporting for digital, email, mobile, web, direct mail, CRM, paid/owned, provider-facing, contact center, pharmacy, and lifecycle channels
Help translate audience insights, journey needs, value propositions, and campaign objectives into practical deliverables, timelines, creative briefs, content inputs, and activation checklists
Coordinate with content, creative, analytics, marketing operations, product, business, legal, privacy, compliance, and channel partners to track tasks, dependencies, feedback, and approvals
Support audience segmentation, personalization, testing, link tracking, UTM/QR needs, accessibility checks, compliance annotations, and version control where applicable
Monitor campaign and journey performance, gather KPI inputs, identify early learnings, and prepare summary updates for managers and stakeholders
Maintain project trackers, status documents, campaign calendars, asset inventories, approval records, and other operating artifacts
Assist in identifying audience barriers, engagement gaps, content needs, and opportunities to improve conversion, activation, digital adoption, utilization, or retention influence
Support process improvements, reusable playbooks, templates, and AI-enabled workflows with appropriate human review and governance
Manage multiple assignments with attention to detail, clear communication, and timely follow-through
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
7+ years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, campaign operations, content operations, or related roles
Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns, communication programs, or lifecycle initiatives across digital, email, web, direct mail, social, CRM, or related channels
Demonstrated solid organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, approvals, and stakeholder inputs
Demonstrated solid writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills with attention to brand, accuracy, accessibility, and compliance requirements
Proven ability to work with campaign performance data, engagement metrics, audience insights, dashboards, or status reporting to support optimization recommendations
Proven collaborative partner with experience working across creative, content, analytics, product, operations, marketing operations, legal, privacy, compliance, and channel teams
Proven detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, payer, provider, consumer health, or regulated industry experience
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, content management, analytics dashboards, Adobe tools, AI-assisted workflows, or project management platforms
