Do you enjoy working as part of a team? Have experience in systems implementation, configuration, or second-line support? Are you detail-oriented and customer-focused? SHL is looking for an Implementation Analyst to join our Deployment Technology Team in Gurgaon, India! In this role, youll be answerable for configuring, implementing, and delivering custom reports, assessment products, and solutions on our cloud-based platform for global clients. Collaboration with various teams will be key to ensuring successful project delivery and meeting customer expectations.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop a strong working knowledge of internal systems and processes.
• Build reports and assessments according to specifications.
• Assess and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Perform SQL queries to support implementation and troubleshooting.
• Communicate updates on deliveries with internal stakeholders.
  
  

What are we looking for from you:

Essential

• Experience in system implementation, configuration, or troubleshooting tasks.
• Ability to work proactively, manage workload, and handle pressure.
  
  

Desirable:

• Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing system usage.
• SQL knowledge and experience with XML, HTML, or CSS.
