We are seeking a highly driven and creative Growth Marketing Strategist to lead our efforts in driving demand, accelerating organic growth, and strengthening BhaiFi’s brand presence in the cybersecurity space. The role requires expertise in SEO, digital marketing, content-driven demand generation, and community building to create sustainable growth through non-paid channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability, strong storytelling skills, and a proven track record in building engaged online communities.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate demand for BhaiFi’s cybersecurity solutions through organic, non-paid channels.
SEO & Website Optimization: Design and implement SEO initiatives to improve search rankings, increase web traffic, and enhance inbound lead flow.
Organic Lead Generation: Explore innovative, cost-effective methods to engage prospects and build a high-quality pipeline.
Community Building & Management: Establish and grow a cybersecurity-focused professional community including customers, industry experts, and thought leaders.
Content & Brand Marketing: Drive brand positioning through compelling content, thought leadership, and storytelling.
Digital Marketing & Social Media: Create and manage engagement strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube to boost visibility.
Events & Webinars: Plan and execute digital events, webinars, and knowledge sessions to connect with target audiences.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and technical teams to align messaging and maximize growth opportunities.
Market Research & Insights: Support inside sales with insights on customer needs and industry trends to refine marketing strategies.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
4–7 years of proven experience in Growth Marketing / Demand Generation / Digital Marketing (B2B preferred).
Strong expertise in SEO, organic growth strategies, and content-driven marketing.
Demonstrated ability in community building and engagement in a professional domain.
Experience in hosting and managing webinars, events, and digital campaigns.
Strong communication, branding, and storytelling skills.
Strategic mindset with a creative and data-driven approach.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
Nice to Have
Prior experience in the cybersecurity industry.
Exposure to inside sales, GTM strategies, and market research.
Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Growth Marketing.
