Job Description

  • Exceptional Troubleshooting Experience, Skilled in SQL and Front end application workflow.
  • Understanding of database and table structure. Ability to troubleshoot errors, identify processes impacting performance, connect to databases hosted by the client.
  • Identify client network connectivity issues, install applications.
  • Ability to assist with login and password issues for patients, providers and office staff

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in healthcare IT with a focus on support and professional services.
  • 2+ years in Management roles
  • Knowledge on Windows Admin+ Tech Support required
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, regulations, and compliance.
  • Previous experience in customer relationship management.
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills.
  • Track record of successfully optimizing processes for efficiency.
