• You will have the responsibility of taking complete ownership of post payment cases assigned to you and to ensure smooth customer experience.
• You will need to connect with the customers (call and e-mail) who have purchased Insurance products and update them about the further process and pending requirements- collection and verification of all the documents, scheduling medicals, retention, etc
• You will also work with different stakeholders of various Insurers (like business spoc, medical TPAs, insurer ops, underwriters etc.) to get the allocated cases issued.
• You will have to achieve monthly issuance targets at less TAT and high FTR rate.
• You will have to work with Insurers to improve the process to improve the Issuance rate, reduce TAT and increase FTR
  
  

• You must have effective written and oral communication skills.
• You must have basic understanding of decision making and underwriting of Insurance products
• You must enjoy assisting customers and pacifying difficult conversations.
• You must be good at stakeholder management in order to process the allocated cases.
• You must have at least 01 year experience in Term Insurance
• You must have basic computer and excel skills
