Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare MOPs and service delivery documentation
• Deploy, configure, and verify telecom solutions
• Support customer solution launches and troubleshoot issues
• Provide feedback for product improvement and automation
• Stay updated with product releases and drive delivery efficiency
  
  

• 4–10 years in Telecom/IT with 5G policy, IoT/NBIoT, DNS exposure
• Strong in Dockers and Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and cloud platforms (OpenShift, OpenStack, VMware Tanzu)
• Experience with Linux (SUSE), RESTful APIs, SBI interfaces, and 5G DMC flows.
• Good knowledge in Helm orchestration through Kubernetes for deployment.
• Good knowledge on OS (SUSE Linux, etc..) and Cloud technologies (OpenShift, OpenStack, VMware Tanzu, etc..)
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, Ansible) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub)
• Solid understanding of IP networking, SNMP, NETCONF, Prometheus, Grafana
• Familiarity with databases (Postgres, KVDB), Kafka, Agile, JIRA
• Knowledge of CNCF, TOSCA standards, and solution integration interfaces
• Experience with protocol analyzers like Wireshark is a plus
