Educational Qualification : A Master or Bachelor degree with relevant Solution Architect Experience

Summary: As a Solution Enablement Practitioner, you will support the Solution Architect in various capacities, including solution design and the solution approval process. Your typical day may involve collaborating with team members to ensure that solutions meet the required standards, engaging in discussions to refine project objectives, and providing operational support as needed. You will also assist in developing responses and cost estimations, ensuring that all aspects of the solution align with organizational goals and client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and practices. - Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with various software development methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Solution Architecture. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A Master or Bachelor degree with relevant Solution Architect Experience is required.
