About The Team And This Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of customer records, documentation, and operational workflows. Your work will be critical in maintaining smooth backend processes that directly support an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
Data Management & Entry: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data across all systems by entering information, checking for errors, and correcting inconsistencies.
Documentation & Organization: Organizing and managing documents, files, and internal knowledge bases so that teams can easily access the correct information when needed.
Operational Task Management: Handling day-to-day operational tasks such as updating records, tracking open items, and monitoring deadlines to make sure all tasks are completed on time.
Data Collection & Tracking: Gathering, reviewing, and verifying key data points while spotting and fixing errors in the data.
Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities to improve recurring tasks and workflows by suggesting simpler, more efficient ways of working and supporting the implementation of new processes.
Cross-Functional Support: Working closely with customer support, product, and delivery teams to share information, align on updates, and ensure smooth coordination across functions.
Technical Issue Coordination: Collaborating with engineering teams to track, prioritize, and resolve technical issues that are escalated, while ensuring updates are communicated clearly to all stakeholders.
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in operations, support, or back-office coordination (preferably in a SaaS, fintech, or compliance-related environment but not mandatory).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills — able to manage multiple data streams without letting details slip.
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Drive, Airtable, Slack, and/or CRM platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of accuracy and reliability; you take pride in clean, consistent work.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a willingness to take ownership of repetitive yet business-critical tasks.
Experience working in cross-functional teams or with is a plus.
