Job Description

We are seeking a Nexthink Subject Matter Expert (SME) with proven expertise in managing and implementing Nexthink solutions. The candidate will be responsible for integrations, diagnostics, dashboards, and overall system management to enhance digital employee experience (DEX) and IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience working with Nexthink solutions.
• Handle Nexthink integrations, particularly with ServiceNow.
• Work with Nexthink APIs and connectors for seamless integration.
• Develop and optimize NQL queries, dashboards, remote actions, and diagnostics.
• Monitor DEX Scores and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Deep understanding of the Nexthink data model and ability to build analytics.
• Proficiency in queries and database logic for analysis.
• Create analytical reports and provide recommended action plans.
• Gather customer requirements and implement Nexthink solutions accordingly.
• Design and build custom dashboards, metrics, and categories based on requirements.
• Enable and manage Nexthink campaigns as per business needs.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills and ability to write/analyze MS SQL queries.
• Knowledge of PC infrastructure, Windows OS, AD, AAD, and network components.
• Ensure effective OS and application integration.
• Provide vendor and stakeholder management support with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Azure Apps and ServiceNow integrations.
• Knowledge of On-Prem vs SaaS versions of Nexthink.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
