Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to customers
  • Manage and lead a team of branch personnel, including tellers, customer service representatives, and other operational staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to align branch activities with the overall business objectives
  • Analyze branch data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Provide training and development opportunities for branch staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Foster a positive and customer-centric work environment within the branch

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and act on key performance indicators
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency
  • Thorough understanding of banking regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
