Role Overview Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to the Management.
• Documentation, project plans, meeting notes and reporting.
• Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Participate in meetings and follow up on action items.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering with experience in Project Management in Product/IT/Ecommerce or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or management
• Understanding of project management methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like Jira etc.,
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability.
