Assistant Manager Electrical Maintenance Aurangabad

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of BTC equipment through Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown Maintenance strategies using PO-RE methodology.

Key Responsibilities

Reliability & Maintenance

• Lead all electrical reliability activities within the BTC area.
• Implement and monitor strategic countermeasures to reduce recurring breakdowns.
• Analyze and troubleshoot Tire Building Machine breakdowns and enhance system performance.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance for electrical systems and equipment.
• Control and reduce spillage, leakages, and unnecessary consumption of maintenance materials (oil, grease, spare parts, etc.).
• Develop contingency spare parts for long-term sustainability.
  
  

Operational Leadership

• Lead the electrical maintenance team across shifts, ensuring operational readiness.
• Collaborate with the Business Team and actively contribute to High Performance Team (HPT) projects.
• Execute site improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
  
  

Plant Optimization

• Champion the RE/WPO pillar under the Plant Optimization strategy.
• Work cross-functionally to align maintenance strategies with broader plant performance goals.
  
  

Experience & Skills Required

You have hands-on experience with Final Finish Equipment such as:

• Micro-Poise Balancing Machines
• AAA (MHI) Balancing Machines
  
  

You’ve Worked With Curing Presses Like

• Sinorapp
• L&T Hydraulics
  
  

You’re Proficient In

• Rockwell and Siemens Drives
• Related Control Systems and troubleshooting.
