About The Role

Yamaha Motor Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that align closely with our evolving business objectives.

You will work hand-in-hand with various stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and development teams, to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities

Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing our Salesforce platform, driving process improvements, and enhancing user adoption across the organization. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong architectural vision, deep technical skills in Salesforce technologies, and the ability to guide and mentor development Responsibilities :

• Design and implement comprehensive Salesforce solutions tailored to meet complex business requirements, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding business analysts, developers, and ITto define overall system architecture and integration strategies that seamlessly connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
• Develop detailed technical documentation such as architecture diagrams, data models, and integration workflows to guide development and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce development teams, promoting best practices, coding standards, and efficient development methodologies.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure all deployments adhere to high standards of performance, security, and reliability.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new releases, and features; proactively assess and implement new functionalities to improve business processes.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues and system performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.
• Engage actively with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications that align with overall business strategy.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, helping to streamline processes and enhance user experience on the Salesforce and Tools Required :
• Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture and configuration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components (Aura and Lightning Web Components), and Salesforce APIs for seamless integrations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security models, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines tailored for Salesforce environments to support agile and continuous delivery.
• Experience in mobile app development on Salesforce platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect are highly preferred.
