As a Sales Executive in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering relationships with key clients. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies with sales objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management for performance tracking.
  • Negotiate sales contracts with clients ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing queries and concerns.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales tactics as necessary to maintain competitiveness.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance business relationships.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions and record sales activities.
  • Participate in sales training sessions to refine selling skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the FMCG sector or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics in FMCG.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relations.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales-related software applications.
  • Capability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend events.
