Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Kindergarten Teacher or similar role in early childhood.
• State teaching certification appropriate for kindergarten or early childhood education.
• Strong understanding of child development and kindergarten educational practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and adults.
• Ability to design creative and engaging lesson plans tailored to young learners.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
