We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Client Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting client relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of client-related activities. As a Junior Client Co-Ordinator, you will act as a key point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries, coordinating services, and contributing to client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, communicative individual with a keen eye for detail and an eagerness to learn and grow within the client services domain. Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining effective communication between the company and its clients.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments with clients as needed.
  • Support senior staff in managing client accounts and tracking service progress.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information as required.
  • Document client interactions and update client information in company databases.
  • Help prepare client reports and presentations as directed by senior co-ordinators.
  • Facilitate the resolution of client issues by liaising with relevant departments.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and assist in implementing feedback to improve services.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance client service skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of client relationship management strategies.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials and communication pieces for clients.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all client-related information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client management software.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to handle client concerns professionally and provide reliable resolutions.
