Job Description

The Field Service Executive is a critical role responsible for managing the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment or systems in various locations. This position demands traveling to client sites to troubleshoot issues, ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service. As the point of contact between the company and clients, the Field Service Executive must possess exceptional communication and technical skills to effectively address and resolve customer concerns. Collaborating with other team members and departments is essential to provide seamless service and uphold the company's reputation for excellence. Responsibilities

  • Travel to client sites to perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with equipment and systems effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
  • Identify and address clients' needs, offering solutions and expert advice.
  • Provide timely updates and reports on service activities to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient problem resolution.
  • Manage service documentation, including work orders and service reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines, safety regulations, and standards.
  • Train clients on the safe and effective use of equipment and systems.
  • Maintain tools and equipment ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Promote company products and services to existing and potential clients.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and technical advancements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in field service, maintenance, or a technical role.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and ability to work autonomously.
