Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years experience in a customer service coordination role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams across the organization.
