Job Description

  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Recording customer feedback, complaints and co-ordination for implementation of corrective actions
  • Initiating & coordinating customer satisfaction survey
  • Coordinating for invoicing and dispatches
  • Coordinating site activities
  • SAP - SD /PS module knowledge
  • BBU creation
  • Monthly progress report creation
  • Follow up with SCM for item status. Collection of input from Marketing for Sales order creation
  • Manage transportation vendors for dispatch in line with requirement
  • Inform project manager of major hindrances in project progress, and suggest ways to address challenges, to ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality objectives.
  • Regular discussion on project requirements, updates, and feedback . Also, payment follow up with client
