Responsibilities

• Design and implement attractive and creative visual displays, enhancing store appeal.
• Develop and maintain floor plans, ensuring harmonious product placements.

• Prepare and maintain seasonal display schedules to enhance customer engagement.

• Train and guide store staff on merchandising techniques and standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar role in retail.
• Strong understanding of merchandising concepts and visual design principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills for multitasking projects.
• Ability to adapt designs based on sales data and customer feedback.
• Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
