Job Description

As a Tele Sales Executive in the B2B Telecom industry, you will be at the forefront of driving sales of telecom products and services by establishing and nurturing relationships with business clients. Your role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing clients to offer telecom solutions that fit their needs, answering inquiries, and closing sales over the phone. You will use a persuasive approach to highlight the benefits of our telecom services, tailor offerings to meet customer requirements, and strive to exceed sales targets. This role demands excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the telecom industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.


Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to business prospects to present telecom products and services.
  • Develop strategic relationships with businesses to encourage repeat sales and referrals.
  • Identify customer needs and propose telecom solutions to address those needs effectively.
  • Follow up on leads and convert potential clients into paying customers via phone.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of telecommunications products and offerings available.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report on sales metrics and achievements.
  • Craft and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to businesses' telecommunications needs.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and share information to improve strategies and sales tactics.
  • Update and manage customer information and sales interactions within the CRM system.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Analyze competitors and industry trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role, preferably in telecom.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive selling approach.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing sales successfully.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing sales team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and telecommunication sales tools.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies in the telecom sector.
