Primary Responsibility

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). • Demonstrable experience of managing deliverables and projects using methodologies such as AgilePM, SAFe, DSDM, Prince2
• Experience or understanding of commercial frameworks
• Experience of delivery to deadlines alongside 3rd parties
• Experience of working with offshore development teams
• Experience of using a variety of Reporting and Delivery Life Cycle Management tools to monitor and report progress
• Excellent planning, reporting and organisztional skills
• Experience of working with teams and stakeholders across distributed locations
• Demonstrable experience of Agile methodologies and techniques
• Solid stakeholder management skills
• Well-honed written and verbal communication skills to audiences of all levels
• Proven excellent interpersonal skills
• A good understanding of Matrix Management and successfully operating in this type of environment
• A good understanding of software development lifecycles, technologies and concepts.
• A record of delivery within an environment of tight deadlines and competing priorities
