Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience in React JS and JavaScript specializing in Finance and Accounting domains. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of cutting-edge financial applications ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial applications using React JS and JavaScript.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Write clean maintainable and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth application performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate them into the development process.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive financial information.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
• Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the applications.

• Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in React JS and JavaScript with a solid understanding of their ecosystems.
• Have extensive experience in developing financial applications with a deep understanding of Finance and Accounting principles.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Show strong communication skills both verbal and written to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
