Job Description
Workday HCM Core consultant works closely with internal Business team.
- 4+ years of experience in Workday HCM Core implementation / support projects
- Expertise in Workday Reporting & Security module
- Configure Business process to meet the project requirements.
- Responsible for understanding new functionality and assisting business stakeholders in using Workday effectively and efficiently.
- Manage the project scope, quality, and timeline for area(s) of expertise. Provide guidance, instruction, direction, and coaching to team members. Review team members work as necessary to ensure quality.
- Hands-on experience in production support and WD release activities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
